The Intercomm Ireland Collection

Intercomm is an international conflict resolution organisation based in North Belfast, as a response to grassroots community concerns about inter-community conflict and social deprivation.

When the Covid pandemic struck in March 2020, one way Intercomm adapted was to adopt video conferencing.

“One of the highlights was live Zoom history sessions with Dr Éamon Phoenix covering all sorts of periods of Irish history,” Intercomm’s Conor Maskey told Belfastmedia.com.

“At the peak, there were around 190 people joining each week.”
As everyone got used to the new technology during lockdown, the sophistication of the presentations increased.

You can watch all of the videos. We have broken them down into six playlists. Each playlist contains multiple videos. Some videos are still to be located and will added to the collection later.
